What is Trail?

At Trail, we make gaming easier. Did you know it takes a gamer 43 clicks from hearing a game to actually playing it? It sounds weird, but we actually sat down and tried it out.

We are doubling in size

During next year, we are growing our team size with 2x. We need your help with this. In this role, you will be:

  • Sourcing candidates for a variety of tech and business roles
  • Lead multiple recruitment projects together with our team and a senior talent acquisition expert as your mentor
  • Do screening interviews
  • Work closely with our team


Who are you?

In order to be successful in the role, you need to:

  • Have sales skills. As a scaleup, we need to be proactive in our outreach to candidates. Publishing job ads is not enough, we also need to headhunt and source the best candidates.
  • Be interested in joining a scaleup. We don’t have all the processes in place and we work fast. You will get the chance to set your own ways of working and learn a LOT.
  • Exact number of years of experience is less interesting than what you actually did during these years. Skill, attitude and talent over years of experience.
